For the third time, we bid and won this contract. We developed the overall bid proposition, communications platform and F&B strategy. We demonstrated how key areas could be invested in, to improve revenue generation and the guest experience. The entire bid was underpinned by a unique sustainability strategy, that could only ever be delivered at RBGE.
