We developed an exciting and compelling food & beverage strategy for our client and Olympia London. This was a particularly complex approach, as this is a multi-use facility, including retail, bars, restaurants, theatres, conferences and events. This will be one of London’s most ambitious transformations, and it’s a privilege to be involved with.
